After my offer for a property was accepted, Sharfique didn’t waste any time in getting my application submitted. Once I provided him with the requested documents (payslips, bank statements, proof of identity etc.) he was able to complete my application in less than a day.

There were some stumbling blocks in my documents, but he remained calm and was able to offer me quick solutions. Sharfique has great attention to detail and was able to pick up on things that I otherwise would have missed if doing the application, myself. As a first-time buyer, I had a number of questions and concerns and he was able to answer them all putting me at ease.
